All the jewels are sent by "Lettre Suivie" with follow-up, except bib necklaces which are sent by "colissimo" with follow-up.
If the follow-up number which is supplied to you indicates that the parcel was delivered, we disclaim all liability if you did not receive the parcel.

The customer is responsible for the address which he supplies to PerlicotiPerlicoton during his order.
This address has to be the most complete possible. PerlicotiPerlicoton could not be held responsible for the non-delivery of an order due to a bad information concerning the address of the customer.

Attention: PerlicotiPerlicoton is responsible for possible customs charges which could be applied to the reception of an order sent abroad.

Conseils d'entretien des bijoux:

Presque tous les bijoux, qu'ils soient en argent, en or ou en laiton, foncent et s'oxydent avec le temps.
Cependant, si vous en prenez bien soin, il durera très longtemps.
Il est conseillé de polir vos pièces avec un chiffon doux dès qu'elles commencent à foncer ou à s'oxyder. Ceci est particulièrement important pour les bijoux fantaisie (plaqués).

Il est par ailleurs conseillé:
- d'éviter tout contact avec de l'eau (toilette, baignade)
- d'éviter tout contact avec du parfum ou des cosmétiques
- de retirer les bijoux pour faire du sport
- de retirer les bijoux pour dormir
